• Use area models with division problems in order to formulate a conventional way in which to divide whole numbers
• Create an area model of a sky scrapper
• Complete an exit slip to help you determine next instructional steps

Materials Needed:

• Blank white paper
• Pencil & crayons/colored pencils
• Document camera or whiteboard
• Grid paper
• 3-5 dice per pair of students
