Lesson Plan Description
This 1 hour math game addresses interpreting products: using groupings, repeated addition and skip counting (3.OA.A1). This game is intended to be a review of these concepts. Students will show products in multiplication as a multiplication equation matching “a” number of groups with “b” number of objects in each group. They will also show products in multiplication as an array of rows and columns or an area model. This game will help students to create correct groupings and arrays using 2 given factors.
