Lesson Plan Description
Second Grade 1 hour math lesson addressing Measurement & Data: telling time to the nearest five minutes (2.MD.7). This lesson includes: an introduction to telling time to the nearest five minutes, practice making time on clocks, and a clock project. Students will identify the hour and minute hands, read time on analog and digital clocks to the nearest five minutes. They will also make their own clock to tell time to the nearest five minutes..
