Lesson Plan Description
This 1 hour lesson plan addresses Numbers and Operations-Fractions: recognizing and generating equivalent fractions. This lesson includes: key vocabulary, helpful notes for reference, generating and identifying equivalent fractions using visual models (number lines), as well as participate in both guided and independent practice of concept. Students will locate equivalent fractions on a number line and generate equivalent fractions on a number line.
