Description: 3rd grade math standards can be very "heavy" with multiple skills embedded in "1" standard.  This engaging, lightly scripted 1 hour lesson provides multiple opportunities for your students to practice the concept of solving for area.  They will:

• Work in collaborative partnerships
• Practice key math vocabulary
• Attend to precision, ask and answer questions
