Lesson Plan Description

Help your students to celebrate diversity and learn about the uniqueness that we each possess.

  • Begin with a read a loud and discuss the link behind the stories message and Martin Luther King Jr’s dream.
  • Students will participate in an art segment to unfold the uniqueness of color.
  • They will then conclude with a writing assignment about the uniqueness of themselves and/or a friend.
