Lesson Plan Description
This a 1 hour, light-scripted Third Grade lesson plan. This lesson helps your students learn about the life cycle of living things. Extends student understanding of the essential question: “What functions enable an organism to survive?”
- Students will create a model of a life cycle.
NGSS.LS.1.1: Develop models to describe that organisms have unique and diverse life cycles but all have in common birth, growth, reproduction, and death.
