Lesson Plan Description

In this 1 Hour 1st Grade Physical Science Lesson, students will learn about what causes matter to make a sound.

  • Students will conduct an experiment using tissue boxes and rubber bands. T
  • They will use scientific observation to watch how vibrations and sounds are related.

This lesson addresses the overarching essential question throughout the grade levels “How does energy move through and effect matter?”
