Description: Do your 3rd graders need to spend more time "thinking" about division and interpreting quotients?  We are guessing so!  In this interactive and engaging bundle of lessons, your students will:

• Work in collaborative partnerships
• Practice key math vocabulary (dividend, divisor, and quotient)
• Explain division as a set of objects partitioned into an equal number of shares
• Identify parts of division equations  and interpret quotients in division. (32 ÷ 4 = 8 can be 4 groups with 8 items in each group or 8 groups with 4 items.)
• Demonstrate their understanding of these skills by playing an interactive game

Description: Place value, decimals, mental math, note-taking...introduce, teach or review these fundamental math skills with this bundle of 3 lessons  (30-60 minutes each).  Your 5th graders will:

• Collaborate with peers to practice the "language" of fractions in strategic and purposeful partnerships and take "math" notes
• Practice rounding a decimal number to the nearest whole number (ones place),  tenth, and hundredth (1/10, 1/100) by using a horizontal number line and place value understanding
• Explain the "why" of decimals by continuing to round decimal numbers to the nearest whole number, tenth, hundredth, and thousandth places (1/10, 1/100, 1/1000) with real-life word problems with partners and "money"
• Demonstrate their understanding of this skill (rounding to the nearest whole number, tenth, hundredth, and thousandth (ones, 1/10, 1/100, and 1/1000) place) by playing a game of Bingo

Description: Practice the skill of measurement with this engaging and fun scripted bundle of 2 lessons (30-60 minutes each).  Your 2nd graders will: Students will measure an object twice using different units of length and compare how the two measurements are related to the size of the unit chosen.  By measuring a friend, they will demonstrate in "real-life" the relationship between the size of the unit and the number of  units required to cover a length.
